Alright picture this in your head right now, you are sitting there minding your own business on a park bench in the middle of the day just hanging out. All of a sudden a giant bear comes out of the woods and stares at you, you become terrified instantly and your first instinct is to run away. Then the bear just sits there and decides it wants to watch you for a little while. Soon you begin to realize that the bear is not really there to hurt you its just there to scare you into thinking you are going to get hurt. I like to compare this to anxiety and stress because first of all anxiety is exactly like that feeling. The feeling that you are going to die or get attacked, this feeling can be very overwhelming for you. I also like to compare this to stress because like I said, stress is not there to hurt you its just there to trick you into thinking you are going to get hurt.
Sometimes people forget that stress is only temporary and it will go away with due time, eventually that bear is going to have to go do something else because he is going to get bored of staring at you. Stress is the same way, eventually your stress will fade away and you can go back to living your normal life again. But when you truly are stressed out it really feels like nothing is going to get better for you. And you feel like there is just way too much going on in your life. I know how you feel, in fact everybody in the world knows how you feel because this is a very natural feeling for anybody to have. Just remember that its only temporary and it will go away. Sometimes you need help getting that stress or anxiety to go away, sometimes its not so easy to just wait it out and let nature run its course. That's okay, as long as you are finding some natural solutions to your problem they its okay to find some help for stress and anxiety. There are tons of different ways to get rid of stress and anxiety you just need to do a little bit of research. You can do yoga, meditation, hell you can even have a couple of drinks. Although I would reccommend you not drink too often because that can make it worse in the long run if you rely too heavily on that. Anyways my point is, try not to worry when your stress and anxiety has you at a low. Because time heals all wounds and sometimes time can be quicker than you think.
