How Can You Reduce The Stress Of Completing A Project? The Guide! This really seems to be a very common problem among people I know personally. Also people around the world have this problem too. I know the struggle of this because I know how it feels to be stressed about finishing a project. I finally graduated college and it was an absolute nightmare to get some of my projects in on time. It can be more stressful than a lot of people actually realize. People tend to ask themselves, how can you reduce the stress of completing a project? I usually reply to myself with, you just need to bite the bullet and get the damn work done. Sometimes that's not as easy as it sounds, and sometimes you need a little extra help to accomplish whatever project you need to get done. Luckily I found a couple of interesting methods online like this site and MayoClinic.org as well has some great info. Here are 5 tips that I have started using to reduce stress when I feel like I just cant handle my project anymore. 1. Force yourself to finish the project as fast as possible, then after you are done you can sit back and relax knowing that your project is already finished. You can do whatever you want and knowing that your project is finished will take away ALL of you anxiety and you will be asking yourself what stress? I forgot what stress feels like, what is that again? 2.Take A Nap This one sounds really weird but it actually does work, set your alarm to go off in a couple hours and take a quick nap. Sometimes a little bit of sleep can go a long way to helping you reduce the stress in your life. So whenever I am asking myself how can you reduce the stress of completing a project? I always go straight to this solution because sleep usually really makes me feel better about everything.I jump in my comfy bed with Egyptian cotton sheets Try not to oversleep and not have enough time to actually finish your project. 3. Have A Couple Drinks Although I would not recommend getting drunk while you are trying to complete a big project, it might be a great Idea to make yourself a few mix drinks to get you loose while you are trying to get your project finished. When I have a big project I need to finish I almost always have myself a 6 pack to kick back and have a few beers because It is excellent for me to feel a little more relaxed. This will lower your stress exponentially, remember not to drink on the job because that is just a recipe for disaster. Unless your boss is cool with it which I am guessing probably not. 4. Take A Break This kind of goes with the whole taking a nap thing but instead you can do something more productive, you could even maybe work on a different project that is not so stressful. Sometimes just taking a small break can help a great amount. Something I would recommend is going for a long walk to clear your head. If you are asking yourself how can you reduce the stress of completing a project then this might be a great solution to that problem. 5.Listen To Some Music Sometimes music really helps me reduce stress in my life, and when you are working sometimes a little bit of music is a good idea. I actually usually always have my radio playing when I am working on a big project. So go ahead and rock out to some of your favorite jams and see if that helps you at all. It probably will.
